UBERMana Addon WIP

Ok so I am still figuring out the best way to disseminate the Spells addon due to the heavy core code editing. I doubt it will be out before the new version of invector's inventory hits, as I want to make sure it's compatible. But here is the basic mana controller which can currently keep track of a player's mana. It has the ability to drain the player's mana by an amount, regenerate to max amount, and adjust the maximum amount.  The current spells addon system has a slightly more advanced version but that relies on other edits with the spell system. This one is easy enough to drop in and play however it does not feature UI elements, you will need to code them yourself.
